No doubt, many of us, regardless of the length of time we have been Christians, have heard teaching in church on the subject of money and wealth. It is estimated that there are about 2,000 scriptural references on the theme of money and wealth. Jesus also spoke frequently about the use of financial resources.

The purpose of this self-assessment tool is to help you establish whether you apply biblical principles in the way that you handle the finances that God has given you; whether you receive a regular salary, business or any other source of income. The questionnaire is designed to help you identify areas where you either need to do more studying or to change habits you've gotten used to.

God wants to raise up people that can be trusted with money. Therefore, in much the same way that we go to college to gain a qualification for the life ahead of us, if you want to handle kingdom finances, you need to prepare yourself. The knowledge and skills required to handle kingdom finances is more than basic money management.

The questionnaire includes sections covering the following areas:

  • Personal Disciple
  • Giving
  • Character
  • Knowledge
  • Purpose

Each section has a page of questions, so there are 5 pages altogether. It is recommended that you complete all pages. The average time to complete all pages is between 3 and 4 minutes

This test should be used as a starting point for improving your stewardship of your financial resources.
