Distributors wanted

International distributors

If you are interested in becoming an international distributor, please read the following information carefully. These guidelines only apply to the print version of the magazine. There are separate guidelines if you want to resell the magazine online via your website or other online outlets.

• Requests for sole distributorship must be made in writing to Success Magazines, henceforth known as The Company. Please state the quantity intended to retail, cost price, proposed relationship with sub-agents, marketing strategy and any other supporting information. All aspects will be considered, and the decision of the company will be final.
• The distributor shall canvass for and push the sale of the magazine to the best of their ability in the province or country for which they are responsible. The distributor guarantees to secure a minimum order agreed with the company in the 12 months following the signing of the agreement.
• The distributor will advertise the magazine at his or her own expense in newspapers, journals or any other appropriate places (e.g., exhibition at major events) and by any appropriate means. However, the company may advertise at its own cost at its own discretion and means, publishing the name of the distributor as its selling agent in that country or region.
• The distributor shall employ representatives to canvass for the magazine in appropriate place at his or her own expense and shall also pay the cost of operating as a sole-selling agency.
• The magazine will be given to the distributor at an agreed price (subject to change from time to time), and the distributor shall be informed of the recommended retail price. Transport and delivery prices shall also be paid by the distributor.
• The distributor shall be liable for any taxes and government requirements in its country of origin.
• Sole distributorship will only be considered following a successful period as an international distributor.

Please note that copies will only be delivered to church addresses. Free postage is only paid within theUKon orders of 25 copies or more.
